Collective Soul dropped a lyric video for “Mother’s Love,” the first single from their upcoming album, Here To Eternity.

Special guests on the record include Mickey Thomas of Jefferson Starship, Sheryl Crow’s bandleader Peter Stroud, as well as Paul McCartney’s guitarist Brian Ray. The band co-produced it with Shawn Grove at Elvis Presley‘s estate in Palm Springs, California.

Bassist Will Turpin commented about being in that studio, he said: “You can just tell it was his designs. All pink tiles. It’s straight out of 1977. It was super cool just to be there and in the zone.”

Collective Soul will be on the road this summer with Hootie & the Blowfish and Edwin McCain. The double album will be out on May 17th.
