Rock Tour Tidbits

Following the success of Judas Priest’s U.S. tour earlier this year, the heavy metal legends have announced additional dates in North America this fall. Priest continues their tour in support of their 2024 album, Invincible Shield, by announcing 25 new shows in Canada and the U.S. throughout September and October. Swedish metal stalwarts Sabaton will open all the dates on the tour. (Louder Sound


Interpol have announced details for a series of 20th anniversary shows for Antics in the U.S. The New York indie rock band will play their celebrated sophomore album in full at select dates in Chicago, Austin, and Los Angeles this November. Deafheaven will open Interpol’s Chicago show on November 19, …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead will open the Austin show on November 21, and the Walkmen kick things off in LA on November 23. Interpol are also playing Bonnaroo on June 14 before heading to Europe for a series of summer shows opening for Smashing Pumpkins. (Consequence of Sound


The Used have announced a fall U.S. tour where they will be joined by opening acts Plain White T’s and Raue. The tour kicks off in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 21 and finishes in New Orleans on October 7. The Used are touring behind their upcoming deluxe B-sides album, MEDZ, which comes out on June 21. The Used will also be on the road throughout the summer on a headlining tour with Story of the Year and Amira Elfeky. (Blabbermouth)


Alkaline Trio have announced U.S. tour dates for this fall. The shows will be in support of their first studio album in six years, Blood, Hair, and Eyeballs, which was released back in January. The 13-date run of shows will take place throughout September, starting in San Antonio on the 11th and winding down in Newport, Kentucky on the 29th. Opening acts for Alkaline Trio’s fall tour will be Spanish Love Songs and Slomosa. (Consequence of Sound)
