Axl Rose Makes Guest Appearance On Michael Schenker’s New Version Of UFO’s “Love to Love”

Legendary guitarist Michael Schenker looks back on his creative time spent with UFO on his new album, My Years With UFO, which was just released on Friday (September 20th). The collection features Schenker reworking classic UFO songs with a variety of guest vocalists including Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, who sings on the new version of “Love to Love.” Schenker’s main run with UFO dates back to 1972-1978, with the German guitar virtuoso joining the band when he was just 17-years-old. My Years With UFO focuses on the hits from that ’70s era from the UK rock band, and features additional guest contributions from fellow rock royalty like Dee Snider, Slash, Joe Lynn Turner, Jeff Scott Soto, and Stephen Pearcy. My Years With UFO is the first offering from a three-album deal that Schenker recently signed with earMUSIC, with two more records planned for release in 2025 and 2026. (Consequence of Sound)
