Fans Are Claiming New Bon Jovi Albums Feature Fake Autographs

Bon Jovi fans who purchased special autographed copies of the New Jersey band’s new album, Forever, are accusing their record company of using fake signatures on the signed editions. Some fans have claimed that Jon Bon Jovi’s autographs on the sleeves were created using an autopen, alleging that modern technology created the autographs and that the albums weren’t physically signed by the singer himself. North American fans who purchased special autograph editions of Forever have directed their anger and frustration at the band’s record label, UMG, after they got closer looks at Bon Jovi’s signature.

“Jon… your fans don’t want to believe that you had knowledge that your people knowingly sent out fake autographs of yours to boost record sales,” a disappointed fan said. “We would like to hear it from you and maybe have the shot at legit signatures since it was under that premise these were purchased.” (Ultimate Classic Rock)
